Abhijit Kunte, Sr. Manager, M&A Advisory

 

Abhijit is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant with a background in the engineering and technology industries.  Keenly analytical, his expertise lies in understanding the complexity of his clients’ situations and providing creative solutions that resolve problems on an end-to-end basis.

Prior to joining CEO ally, Abhijit worked with Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu in their Financial Advisory Practice in Pune, India. At Deloitte, Abhijit worked on several Debt/Equity Fund Raising and M&A engagements with clients from diverse sectors. Abhijit was responsible for Business Development across all of Deloitte’s service lines and is accredited for producing cross selling opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships with clients. Abhijit played a leading role in identifying target segments and strategizing business development with key players and financial investors in emerging sectors.

Prior to Deloitte, Abhijit worked with KPMG in Mumbai, India, as a Fraud Investigator where he worked on Fraud Risk Assessment and Fraud Investigation engagements. Abhijit started his career in ASK Cooling Services Private Limited which provided HVAC products and services.

Abhijit holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Pune University, India, an MBA and a Masters in Electronic Commerce Degrees from Bond University in Australia and has passed the Uniform CPA Examination from the state of New Hampshire, USA.
