Arun Chandrachud, Indian Associate
Arun has significant expertise and experience in corporate finance, venture capital investing, and mergers & acquisitions. He is an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and is also a CFA. He has 20 years of work experience in diverse industries such as telecommunications, computer hardware manufacturing, environmental technologies, oil and gas, and business process outsourcing. Arun has worked for elite companies in the U.S., such as Koch Industries, the largest privately held company in the U.S., and Ernst & Young in New York City.
As Vice-President of Koch Ventures, Koch’s venture capital arm, he was responsible for their investments in the Technology sector. He was also the Chairman and CEO of the Indian subsidiary of an American company in geographical mapping, where he gained first-hand experience in setting up and running an offshore Business Process Outsourcing operation. Later in India, he was a Partner in a consulting firm, providing offshore set-up services to US and UK companies, as well as consulting services in M&A and fund-raising.
Arun brings a unique combination of corporate finance and operational management experience, and with an international perspective.
